Megan Thee Stallion teased her new track ‘Hiss‘ earlier this week, and as promised, the track arrived on Friday (Jan.26) and came packing a fierce bite.
Megan made it clear in the opening of the track and ahead of the song’s release that it would be aimed at her detractors and haters who have criticized her and thrown shade at her during her legal battles over the past few years.
Following the release, social media went into a frenzy speculating about the intended targets for the diss-heavy track. It was clear that Tory Lanez supporters, her ex, Pardison Fontaine were clear targets and as expected Nicki Minaj‘s name came to the top of the list.
Once Minaj got wind of the alleged diss, she went on a liking spree of tweets aimed at Megan and throwing shade at her and the song. She also went live to throw more shade.

Megan addressed who the song is aimed at during her interview with ‘The Breakfast Club’ on Friday following the release of the song.
Following that, Nicki took to Twitter to seemingly throw more direct shade at Meg in a lengthy tweet.
