The last time we saw Hazel E, the former ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood‘ star was getting her life fixed by Iyanla Vanzant earlier this year.

Well on Thursday evening, the aspiring rapper took to Instagram to share a snap and we’re not quite sure whether there is some photo shop action going on here, or if she had some fresh work done.
