The story of Luther Vandross is coming to the big screen via a previously confirmed documentary film, and on Thursday (Sep. 12), the official trailer arrived.
‘Luther: Never Too Much,’ the Dawn Porter-directed docu-film details the seismic story of the iconic singer and will feature rare archival footage of Luther himself as he tells his story.
The film also features exclusive interviews with friends, family, and collaborators such as Jamie Foxx, Mariah Carey, Dionne Warwick, Valerie Simpson, Roberta Flack, and more.
The film opens in theaters in select cities beginning November 1. Nationwide preview screenings start October 30 presented by Giant Pictures and CNN Films.
