Malik Yoba continues his promo trail to educate and inform the masses on the lives and experiences of transgender men and women, and now following a few interviews days ago–the actor has stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club‘ to spit some knowledge.
In an interview that was taped on Tuesday (Sep.10) but released on Wednesday, the veteran actor stopped by the show to chop it up with DJ Envy, Charlamagne, and Angela Yee and brought a few special guests with him–Carmen Carrera, David Johns and Nala Simone.
The roundtable was able to discuss the trauma that the LGBTQ+ and specifically trans community has dealt with at the hands of some of the past comments made by ‘The Breakfast Club’ and the black community in general. The panel was able to offer some education on the community and understanding misconceptions.
