Stephanie Mills is making her rounds this week to promote her new Lifetime film ‘Pride: A Seven Deadly Sins Story’ and following her headline-making visit to Vlad TV, the living legend stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club’ on Friday.
The iconic performer dished with Charlamagne Tha God, and guest host, Jess Hilarious on her recent comments regarding Beyonce and Diana Ross and why she says Bey is Hip Hop and Diana is R&B royalty.
She also reacts to the backlash she received online from the Beyhive and says she doesn’t apologize for her stance because there was no ill-intent or shade thrown at Bey.
She also dishes on her relationship with Michael Jackson, the drama he went through in the industry while being a black man, the controversial allegations, why they weren’t true but still tarnished his career, and much more.
She also dished on which vets she’d take notes on, and says a certain R&B diva is not one of them.
