Spring and summer 2023 are about to be LIT for music lovers!
Just hours after Janet Jackson sent fans into a frenzy announcing that her brand new ‘Together Again Tour’ and new music are on the way, now some more music icons have announced they are hitting the road.
All six members of New Edition are kicking off ‘The Legacy Tour’ with fellow icons, Keith Sweat, Guy, and Tank. That’s not all, all three original members of Guy will be in attendance including Teddy Riley, Aaron, and Damion Hall according to TMZ.
The news comes as NE just concluded their highly-anticipated ‘The Culture Tour’ with Jodeci and Charlie Wilson earlier this year. Bobby Brown recently confirmed to TMZ that the new tour will feature music that was not performed on the last tour.
“Few recording artists can attest to a superior 40-year career that stands the test of time, but New Edition can,” said Black Promoters Collective CEO Gary Guidry in a statement. ”When we partnered with NE for “The Culture” tour, although I knew it would be stellar, their show exceeded my expectations, the guys were nothing short of miraculous. We are excited about partnering with New Edition to further the legacy of the foundation they have already laid.”
