Last month it was announced that Disney had tapped the vocal bible, Brandy to kick off their year-long ‘Ultimate Princess Celebration‘ kicking off May 21. The celebration includes an upcoming star-studded TV special, new music, and more.
As promised, Brandy kicked off the celebration with the release of her new single ‘Starting Now‘ on Friday, which was released via Walt Disney Records. Brandy is no stranger to being an ultimate Princess, as she became the first Black Disney Princess in the 1997 Rodgers & Hammerstein version of ‘Cinderella‘ alongside Whitney Houston and more.
