Just last month Tank had his fans fearful after he posted to social media that he was debating giving up on music. Shortly after the R&B crooner clarified his statements and assured fans that he would not be giving up on his calling, to make great R&B music.

Now just weeks later, the general has given his dedicated fans a present of sorts, to get them ready for Valentine’s Day. The singer just dropped ‘If You Were Mine’, a six song EP that features some sexy material.

Tank gives one new original track ‘If You Were Mine’ and covers five recent love ballads on the set such as John Legend’s “All Of Me,” Justin Timberlake’s “End Of Time,” Robin Thicke’s “Lost Without You,” Adele’s “Someone Like You,” and  Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me”.

The set features very little production, and displays Tank’s vocals accompanied by a piano highlighting his crisp harmonies, and pure emotion. Check it out below.
