Rihanna is back! Well, sort of…

The global superstar has released new music, but it’s not what her dedicated fans have been eagerly awaiting for nearly 10 years.

In the upcoming “Smurfs” feature film, Riri voices the character “Smurfette,” starring alongside James Corden, Daniel Levy, Octavia Spencer, and many others.

Ahead of the film’s release in theaters on July 18, the singer has unveiled “Friend of Mine,” the second song from the movie’s soundtrack album.
