Posted April 23, 2023

This weekend, the 2nd annual I AM Awards went down live from Washington, D.C. celebrating some of the biggest and brightest in the LGBTQ+ culture and community.

While Jojocrews was exclusively invited but could not make the event due to conflicts, we still got some major tea that came from the event.

The cast of the beloved hit show ‘Noah’s Arc’ reunited for a panel to celebrate the lifetime achievement award honoring co-creator Patrik-Ian Polk. It was during Polk’s acceptance speech that he delivered the news that fans of the franchise have been asking for ever since the show’s untimely end.

The show will be returning in 2023! The show which focused on the friendship circle of gay Black men in Los Angeles starred Darryl Stephens, Rodney Chester, Christian Vincent, Doug Spearman, and Jensen Atwood.

The show aired on LOGO from 2005 to 2006, and spawned a 2008 film ‘Noah’s Arc: Jumping The Broom.’ but that was the last time fans saw the dynamic friend group on their screens together.

The gang has reunited for various events including a 2020 15th anniversary virtual reunion special which streamed on July 5 during the height of the COVID pandemic.

Now, fans will be able to catch up with Noah, Wade, Ricky, and the rest of the fellas.

“I am very happy to confirm that there is indeed more Noah’s Arc coming,” said Polk. “It is coming this year. That’s right you heard it here first at the I Am Awards. Breaking news, Noah’s Ark is coming back.”
