Shaboozey has a major reason to celebrate, as the rising country star has just snagged his first-ever No.1 across two charts, and has made history in the process.

According to Billboard, the Virginia native has landed his first No. 1 on the Hot 100 for “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” the publication reported on Monday (July 8).

Additionally, he also topped the Hot Country Songs charts making him the only Black man to ever top both the Hot 100 and Hot Country Songs charts.

He now becomes the second Black artist overall to achieve the feat, following Beyoncé’s “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM.”

Coincidentally, the No. 1 comes just months after his appearance on the ‘COWBOY CARTER’ tracks “SPAGHETTII” and “SWEET * HONEY * BUCKIIN’.”

The track which has been dubbed one of the songs of the summer initially came out in April, and its accompanying music video has over 69 million views on YouTube to date.
