R&B singer/songwriter Nivea made a return to the spotlight and music world earlier this year with a surprise single titled ‘Circles‘ after a lengthy hiatus from the industry.
During a series of interviews to promote the song and her comeback, the singer revealed why she stepped away from music due to depression, substance abuse and other issues she was dealing with over the past few years.
It’s been months since then, but on Thursday Nivea made a surprise announcement. The singer has just released a new album ‘Mirrors.’ The album is her first full-length album since 2006’s ‘Animalistic’ and first project since 2011’s ‘Nivea: Undercover’ EP.
Nivea took to social media to announce the project, which marks her 18th year in the industry.
