Tasha Smith will officially join Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in the latest installment of Sony Pictures’ ‘Bad Boys’ franchise.
The veteran actress has been cast in ‘Bad Boys 4’ playing Theresa, the wife of Martin Lawrence’s character, Marcus Burnett.
Fans will recall that Theresa Randle has played the role of Theresa, the loving and devoted wife, in the first three films. No details have been given as to why the recast took place, nor have details on the script or plot been released just yet.
The original 1995 ‘Bad Boys’ earned $141 million at the global box office, while the 2003 sequel ‘Bad Boys II’ totaled $273 million. 2020’s ‘Bad Boys for Life’ outgrossed both its predecessors with a massive $426.5 million in box office sales.
Video of Theresa Randle has surfaced online shortly after the news broke of her seemingly in a wheelchair, and not doing well–but no details were provided.
Will and Martin took to social media back in January to reveal that production for the film had officially started. Are you looking forward to the new film!?
