The highly-anticipated part 2 of ‘The Real Housewives of Potomac’ season 7 reunion aired on Sunday night, and it definitely brought the drama, as well as some deep dialogue.
Fans of the show have long called out the perceived colorism that has happened within the group for seasons, but even more so this season when it comes to how the ladies of darker skin tones, Candiace Dillard Bassett, and Wendy Osefo vs. the other ladies Gizelle Bryant, Robyn Dixon, Ashley Darby, Mia Thronton, and Karen Huger.
Producers of the show took notice of the ongoing conversation, especially online, and used the opportunity to address the topic of colorism and how it happens within the group.
