It’s a wrap for Kim Zolciak Biermann and Kroy Biermann!
On Monday, news broke that the former ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ stars have called it quits after 11 years of marriage. Specifically, it was Kim who filed for divorce according to documents obtained by TMZ.
The couple’s date of separation, per the outlet, was listed as April 30. Kim listed the marriage as “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation,” according to the docs obtained by TMZ.
Additionally, she’s asking for primary physical custody of the kids, joint legal custody, spousal support and to legally restore her maiden name.
It’s been a stressful few months for the couple. As fans know, the couple has been dealing with ongoing financial issues and owed $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest, and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018. They also owe the state of Georgia $15,000 for unpaid taxes from 2018. All this amid the cancelation of their reality show ‘Tardy For The Party’ last year.
The couple shares 11-year-old Kroy Jagger, 10-year-old Kash Kade, and 9-year-old twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren. Kroy also adopted Kim’s daughters, Brielle and Ariana.
