Toni Braxton will make her triumphant return to the American Music Awards stage this Sunday, for the first time since 2001 according to Billboard.
It’s been 25 years since Toni Braxton won her first American Music Award and performed at the ceremony for the first time. What better way to celebrate than to return to the AMA stage?
The seven-time AMA winner has joined the awards’ star-studded performance lineup, and she’ll be delivering her nostalgia-worthy hits “Breathe Again” and “Unbreak My Heart.” The show will mark her first AMA performance since 2001.
Braxton joins previously announced performers Christina Aguilera and A Great Big World, Camila Cabello, Billie Eilish, Selena Gomez, Green Day, Jonas Brothers, Kesha feat. Big Freedia, Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Post Malone feat. Ozzy Osbourne, Travis Scott & WATT, Thomas Rhett, Shania Twain and Artist of the Decade award recipient Taylor Swift.
The 2019 American Music Awards, hosted by Ciara, will broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 24 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
