If you follow social media than you have probably seen the back and forth drama between ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ stars Stevie J and his pal Benzino, who have been going to war this week via Twitter after Stevie posted a photo of Benzino’s fiancee and show’s newest cast member Althea Hart in a not so flattering position.
Backstory–As you may know the second half of the season has been filled with accusations that Stevie and Althea used to date or at least had a sexual encounter, which Stevie denies but Althea has confirmed did happen years ago. The rumors have played out on camera as Stevie’s wife Joseline Hernandez has made Althea her target over their past sexual exchanges.
Well after Jos took several jabs at her on the show and via Twitter, Benzino decided to come to the aid of his girl and began retaliating against Joseline. Stevie then up’ed the ante by posting a photo of Althea squatted down in front of an unidentified male and his “parts”. Althea immediately responded after getting wind of the picture floating around on Twitter and revealed that despite Stevie’s attempt to embarrass her, the man in question was none other than her boo Benzino. Well all of the messiness came to a head at the shows reunion taping which took place in New York on Tuesday (July 15), as Joseline and Althea got into a major brawl that allegedly shut down production for hours. There is also alleged footage from the brawl.

Multiple sources on the set tell us the fight involved Benzino, his fiancee Althea, Stevie J, Joseline, Debra, Tammy, and Mimi — and the whole mess started when Benzino cracked a joke about Stevie J and Joseline doing drugs.
We’re told Stevie jumped up to get in Benzino’s grill, but security guards stopped him. That’s when –according to witnesses — Stevie’s girl Joseline sneak attacked Althea.
After that, all hell broke loose — weaves were torn out in the chaos — and every time security broke up one fight … a different one would spark up between other cast members.
We’re told most of the fighting was between the women — although at least one male security guard took a shot to the face … from one of the chicks.
From what we can tell the only smart decision all night was someone calling 911. Cops and paramedics responded — at least three people got treatment.
We know what you’re wondering, and the answer is — YES … we’re told VH1 cameras were rolling during most of the violence.
The seeds of ratchetness appear to have been sown Monday night … when a nude pic of Benzino and Althea was posted on Stevie J’s Twitter page.
