After years of talks, and delays, the Lebron James anchored ‘House Party’ reboot is officially on the way, and now the first trailer has arrived.

As previously reported, Tosin Cole and Jacob Latimore are starring in the lead roles, and their characters land a big job as cleaners at a mega-mansion, only to find out it belongs to Lebron James.

The duo decides to throw the ultimate soiree while the NBA baller is out of town to raise some cash and hopefully don’t get arrested in the process.

Check out the action-packed and star-studded trailer which even features appearances from some of the original ‘House Party’ stars.

‘House Party’ is set to hit theaters on Jan. 13, 2023.
