Wendy Williams is not only the number one talk show on daytime beating out all of her competitors, but she is also becoming a household name with her other ventures. The former radio jock will now take on a new endeavor which we are surprised we didn’t see coming.
Wendy alluded to some big news recently during one of her after shows on her Youtube channel (which we watch faithfully) but now the news is confirmed. Women’s Wear Daily is reporting that the daytime diva will launch her own collection for the HSN network. She revealed her reason behind starting the line during a sit down with WWD:
“First of all, I shop HSN. It’s a no-brainer that they bring convenience into households everywhere. Sometimes we get selfish when we live on a coast, we can just run and get fabulousness right around the corner. But when women are living in more remote areas of this country, they don’t have the benefit of jumping in the car and doing world-class shopping,”
The apparel line will be available online starting March 6 and on-air, beginning March 28 and retails for under $100. It will feature dresses from $39.90 to $69.90; tops, $19.90 to $49.90; sweaters, $39.90 to $59.90, and bottoms, $29.90 to $59.90. Fabrics include cotton, polyester and rayon blends with spandex and will range in size from XS to 3X.
Check out just a few of the pieces below and you can read the full interview about the line HERE.
