Beyoncé is safe and sound after a frightening moment during her ‘Cowboy Carter Tour’ stop in Houston at NRG Stadium on Saturday night, June 28.
During a routine segment of the show, Beyoncé was seated in a car that floated in the air across the stadium. While this part of the performance usually goes smoothly, Saturday’s show caused concern among fans when the car tilted midair with Beyoncé inside.
It appeared that Beyoncé was also anxious, as she directed the crew to stop the show and lower her safely to the ground.

Following the scary moment, Bey’s team took to social media to issue the following statement.
“Tonight in Houston, at NRG Stadium, a technical mishap caused the flying car, a prop Beyoncé uses to circle the stadium, and see her fans up close, to tilt. She was quickly lowered and no ne was injured. The show continued without incident.”
Bey has one more show in Houston tonight, June 29, before heading to the DMV for two shows on July 4 and July 9 at Northwest Stadium. Stay tuned!
