Years ago Anita Baker revealed that she was retiring with no plans for future music or touring, leaving long time adoring fans heart broken.
Well the iconic singer has given fans a reason to smile again as it was just announced that she will be hitting the road this Spring for her official farewell tour, giving fans one last change to see her live.
“So much to celebrate with you in 2018, she said. “60th birthday in 25 days… farewell concert series beginning in March. We’ll paint pictures together two last a lifetime… let’s party!” she shared as a caption on an Instagram image on Jan.1.
No word on dates or cities that are planned for the tour, but we will surely be ready!
