Apollo Nida is on out of jail, at least for now but the Real Househusband is being watched under a microscope by the FEDS. Radaronline has obtained the official court documents which detail the specifics of his bail and release conditions.
For starters Nida had to pay $25,000 in bail after being charged with bank fraud and identity theft on January 23. He is required to regularly report to a probation officer, and actively seek employment, and apparently his role on Real Housewives of Atlanta does not constitute as work according to the judge.
Court officers are also looking to restrict his movements: Apollo was ordered to surrender his passport, and he may only leave Atlanta if officials approve the trip in advance, and appoint a supervisor to accompany him.
In the meantime, he has to stay on the straight and narrow, which means no drug use or possession, and no alcohol use whatsoever. He must also surrender any firearms in his possession.
If Apollo breaks the terms of his probation there will be a warrant issued for his immediate arrest and he can be assessed a fine. He is also due back in court on February 12.
In the meantime perhaps Apollo can claim “fitness instructor” as his employment.
