Apollo Nida has been a free man for the past few months after serving just a portion of his eight-year sentence on conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud charges and was ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution in 2014.
Since being released late last year, he’s been pretty low key, but since he and ex-wife Phaedra Parks are no longer part of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ cast, he’s used Instagram as his way of sharing his new life with fans.
While he and his new fiance Sherien have been traveling and having a good time in lovers bliss, Apollo did reveal that he was struggling to see his two sons that he shares with Phaedra. He took to IG back in August of last year to blast Phaedra for allegedly keeping him away from his kids.

Well, it looks like he and Phaedra have come to some sort of resolution, as Apollo took to IG on Sunday (Jan. 12) to share a fresh snap of him with his sons Aiden and Dylon Nida.
We’re glad to see that despite their drama, Phaedra and Apollo were able to work through their differences for the sake of their kids.
Apollo also recently reunited with former RHOA house-husband Peter Thomas in Miami and partied it up at Bar One along with his fiance for New Years Eve.
