Fans of Christina Aguilera have been waiting for new music for some time but the singer has been busy with her duties as a mother and the judge on The Voice, but now Xtina has revealed its time to get back to the music.
During an interview with “The Hollywood Reporter” she revealed that the follow up to 2010’s Bionic is in the works and on its way this year.
Iâve been loosely working on it the last couple of years. But I really started toward the middle and end of last year to really buckle down and meet with new collaborators and producers, people I want to work with and people I have never worked with before. I canât say much about it yet because I want to wait until itâs good and ready. I am working on it and will be ready when it can be the authentic masterpiece that it deserves to be. But later this year, most likely.
No word on when fans can expect to hear new music from the project but it shouldn’t be too much longer.
