The winning continues for Cardi B.
The Hip Hop sensation took to Instagram on Saturday (Dec. 28) to celebrate her clocking in on a new list that was released this week. Cardi has landed a spot as only the second female on the Hip Hop Tier of Best Selling Artists of the Past Decade.
The list which is comprised of artist who have been certified by the RIAA with massive album sales, features Drake clocking in as the no.1 selling Hip Hop artist of the past decade with over 251 million, Nicki Minaj at no.2 with over 113 million, Kendrick Lamar, Future, Big Sean, Travis Scott, J. Cole, and more.
Of all the artist on the list, Cardi has the shortest tenure with only 3 years under her belt–and in that time she has surpassed or almost matched most of her fellow peers on the list.
Of the list, Cardi has only released one full LP, her debut album ‘Invasion of Privacy.’
