Trey Songz‘s new album ‘Tremaine‘ arrived a little over a week ago (Mar.24) and now the sets final tally has arrived, and its less than one would expect for the R&B playboy.
The project was spearheaded by a weekly single rollout via a faux reality show each Friday leading up to the release date. Outside of that, promo was minimal with the exception of a few radio spots, and now the final first weeks sales have been unveiled according Billboard.
Trey Songz’s Tremaine debuts at No. 3 — the only new arrival in the top 10 — with 67,000 units (45,000 in traditional album sales). It’s the fifth top 10 for the singer, and first since Trigga, which debuted at No. 1 in 2014 with 105,000 in album sales (this was before the chart transitioned to a units-based ranking)…
