Chris Brown along with his 30 year old bodyguard are scheduled to appear in front of a judge today (October 28) to determine their fate at DC Superior Courthouse, after allegedly attacking and breaking the nose of a 20 year old man from Beltsville, MD in front of the W Hotel after performing at DC hot spot Park at 14th for an unofficial after party for Howard Homecoming late Saturday evening/early Sunday. The two are being charged with felony assault.
The victim claims that after attempting to jump in a photo with Brown while he was taking a photo with a female fan, he was verbally and physically attacked.
According to Chris’ camp, though, they say the real story is that the victim didn’t (only) photobomb, but he tried to board the tour bus which is what prompted the alleged attack.
If things don’t go well in the hearing today, Brown could have his probation from his infamous domestic violence occurrence with ex girlfriend Rihanna revoked.
