Following word that Will Smith and Martin Lawrence have officially started filming of their highly anticipated ‘Bad Boys’ sequel, now another Hollywood duo are reuniting to give fans another round of action and laughs.
Actor/comedian, Chris Tucker recently revealed during an interview on the Winging It podcast; that he and Jackie Chan will reunite for’Rush Hour 4‘ which is in the works but still in the early stages according to Ebony.
“It’s not in pre-production. We’re working on a few things [for] the script. Jackie wants to do it. I want to do it. The studio wants to do it,” he said. “We’re trying to get it together. It looks like it’s getting together right.”
The ‘Rush Hour’ franchise has been one of the most successful box office winners. The last film, ‘Rush Hour 3,’ opened in 2007 and brought in over $258 million worldwide. The entire series has grossed more than half a billion dollars at the domestic box office.
