Its been speculated for weeks but now the rumors have been confirmed to be true, Scandal star Kerry Washington is 4 months pregnant confirms US Weekly. This will be the first child for the actress and her football player husband Nnamdi Asomugha, who she just married this past June.
The rumors of Washington’s pregnancy started back in September when she attended the 2013 Emmy Awards for which she was nominated in for ‘Best Actress in a Drama’, and on the red carpet appeared to have a much fuller waist line on her free flowing dress, which was a departure from her normal tailored and precise gowns which normally show off her petite physique.
We’re sure now with the news being out, all eyes will be on Kerry as she is set to host ‘Saturday Night Live’ this coming weekend (November 2). We will definitely be watching and wish the happy couple the the best of luck.
