Philadelphia PA, but currently lives in Harlem, NY.

2. What are you currently reading?The Four Agreements by Don Miquel Ruiz.3. Who inspires in your field?

I get inspired from a lot of people. Pat McGrath , Alex Box, Sam fine, Romero Jennings, Derrick Rutledge and Christian Balenciaga.

4. A MAJOR make up no-no for women?
Falling asleep in make up. That is hands down the worst thing that you can do in my opinion I always tell my clients no matter how tired you are when you come in at night always wash off your make up and keep your skin clean. You can’t expect to look amazing in make up if you don’t take care of your canvas .

5. Your BEST grooming tips for men?I think it’s very important for men to exfoliate. I am a big fan of microdermabrasion I get them twice a month to help get rid of all my dead skin cell. Exfoliating is important  especially because most men shave weekly it’s very important to exfoliate.

 

6. What do you use on your skin?

Believe it or not I’m a huge fan of Dove body soap that is the only thing that keeps my skin moisturized and clear because I have excema . On my face I only use Mario Badescu products I swear by his Vitiman C Serum it’s absolutely Amazing !!!

 

 

7. Timbs or creepers?

I wouldn’t be caught dead in a pair of timbs so…. Hands Down Creepers !! It’s something about platforms sneakers that I love I think it’s more because though I’m tall I kinda wish I was taller… (Laughs) but you most certainly can see me walking around New York City or Philadelphia on my Classic By Buffalo Sneakers or Damned Collection by Jeffery Campbell.

 

8. Celebrity clients?

Elle Varner,Tyson Beckford, Erica Dixon from Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta, Davetta Sherwood and Heather Hunter.

9. Favorite moisturizer?Creme de la Mer Moisturizing Cream. It’s truly heaven in a jar a bit pricy, but this has to be the best moisturizer I ever came across  and a little goes a long way.

10. #1 misconception about makeup artist?I think one of the biggest misconceptions I’ve encountered is a lot of people automatically assume that all male make up artist are extremely feminine. I admit I do have certain feminine flares and yes I enjoy having a polished  look. Don’t get me wrong I think it’s ok to enjoy the artistic side of make up as a man if your into that.  but for me I’m not the type to walk around with a ton of make up on. If I do it’s not noticeable with the exception of my fetish for black lipstick (laughs) and that’s only around Halloween.11. If you can do makeup for any person (dead or alive) who would it be?

Elizabeth Taylor hands down she is an one of our american beauty icons with  her violet almond shaped eyes which are perfect for any type of eye beat. She had skin that looked subtle and like butter which glowed effortlessly. And it’s no denying that’s was a face to be reckoned with. Sorry for a little excited but I think I would enjoy doing her make up she just was always so glamours and I love old Hollywood glamour.

Ummmmm.. NeNe, I love me some NeNe.

 

14. MAC or Nars Cosmetics?

Can’t pick just one cause I equally like different things from both lines. I love MAC because they are always so innovative with their product launches and I love MAC’s MatchMaster Foundation. With Nars, I think they have the best tinted moisturizer in the beauty industry. It gives you enough coverage and also has great.

 

15. Your motto?

Always be original, never die a copycat.
