Days ago, fans of Brandy who have been tirelessly wanting new music from the singer were shocked to hear the reason why we haven’t received it.
Brandy is taking her label Chameleon Entertainment Group to court in a million dollar lawsuit where she claims the record entity has prevented her from releasing any new music under them, stemming back to 2012.
The singer is seeking $1 million for compensatory damages. Reportedly, her contract with the label has already been dissolved, but within the agreement, Brandy was slated to release four or more albums. However, according to the suit, the label has allegedly prevented her from creating any new music.
