Crews 
FX seems to be dominating lately with their hit series ‘Atlanta’ which recently wrapped, the fan fave ‘Pose’ which also wrapped it’s first season on Sunday, and it’s hit series ‘Snowfall‘ which returned for its second season last Thursday.
After a first season of shaky ratings and uncertainty, the show was renewed by the network and with that renewal came major promo for the show. The commercial spots for season 2 have been running on almost every major network for months now leading up to the premiere, and that investment has paid off.
The original series brought in some stellar opening numbers for it’s season 2 premiere according to Nielsen ratings and TV By The Numbers:
“Southern Charm” maintained its place atop the Thursday cable ratings for the second week in a row.
The Bravo series grabbed the no. 1 spot in the top 25 this week with the first half of its season 5 reunion special, which scored a 0.6 rating in adults 18-49, even with its season finale last week. The second season premiere of FX’s “Snowfall” followed closely behind, meanwhile, with a 0.5 and 1.16 million viewers, down one-tenth from the 0.6 its first season premiere scored around this time last year.
On USA, “Queen of the South” held steady with another 0.4, while the History Channel’s “Alone” maintained its previous 0.3 as well. Outside of the top 25, “Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger” fell in total viewers (401,000 vs last week’s 538,000), but stayed even with a 0.2. USA’s “Shooter” (0.2) also held steady.
