Amerie revealed during a recent interview just weeks ago with Questlove that she was readying a new album, and teased the possibility of reuniting with Rich Harrison.
Well, it appears that the new music is coming sooner than fans were expecting.
The ‘One Thing’ performer took to Instagram on Friday night (Nov. 8) to share footage of her in the studio. While she wasn’t spotted with Harrison, she was in good company with hitmaking producer, Troy Taylor.
The teaser previewed new music, and came with the caption “I’m back.”
