Reigning King of N.Y., Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter, newest project has him partnering with high-end retailer Barneys New York for a exclusive collection titled “A New York Holiday.” For this collaboration, the rapper partnered with several designers for exclusive pieces. Carter wanted every piece done in either black, white, silver or gold. The collection includes a black leather backpack from Balenciaga, a tailored men’s jacket from Lanvin, a classic hoodie from Rick Owens, an 18-karat-gold double ring from Hoorsenbuhs, a black square-printed scarf from Balmain, and a leather duffle with faux crocodile trim from Proenza Schouler. The exclusive designs will be on sale November 20 – January 3 at Barney Flagship stores and on the website.
