Set to tape this coming Saturday October 26 in New Jersey at the Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), BET is bringing star power with the 2013 Black Girls Rock. Once again hosted by Regina King and Tracee Ellis Ross, the annual gala will honor those who have promoted positive images of women of color and celebrate their achievements.

Performers this year include Kelly Rowland, Jennifer Hudson, Janelle Monae, Ledisi, Sevyn Streeter, Patti LaBelle, and Alice Smith. Patti Labelle will also be receiving the (Living Legend Award), while Queen Latifah will receive the (Rock Star Award).

The show which airs Sunday November 3rd at 7PM on BET will also have presenters including Marsha Ambrosius, Nia Long, La La Anthony, Tatyana Ali, broadcast journalist Soledad O’Brien and Black Girls Rock! founder Beverly Bond.
