Music’s biggest night is currently going down right now live at The 58th Annual Grammy Awards presented at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday (Feb. 15). Although the red carpet is only airing as of time of posting, some of the nominees have already snagged some major awards as part of the pre-telecast.
After winning zero trophies during the 2014 show, Kendrick Lamar made history this year by snagging 11 nominations this year. The only other artists who has done that has been Michael Jackson who snagged 12 nods in 1984.
During the pre-telecast, Kendrick had already won a few of the 11 he was nominated for including the award for the Best Music Video category for he and Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” collaboration visual. Additionally he snagged wins in the Best Rap Performance as well as Best Rap Song, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. Get into the list of the winners so far.
