In the brief season 6 sneak peek trailer of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ which we showed you HERE, Porsha Stewart declares in the clip that she didn’t understand why husband Kordell Stewart wasn’t attracted to her physically, and that it made her question what he was attracted to! The claim insinuated and almost validated the long standing rumor that Kordell is gay and only married Porsha to cover up his alleged homosexual lifestyle.

That clip has made it’s rounds and Kordell is speaking out about it! In a statement to StraightFromTheA.com Stewart addresses the accusations his wife and bravo are making against him:

I’m very ashamed of my wife for saying something that she knows is not true at all. The rumors have never been true. I’m not gay.

It is sad that she would target the homosexual community which often times lacks support to begin with. It is very disappointing that she will do anything and say anything for a minute of so- called fame.

She can have that life, I just want to continue to be the best single dad and father that I can for my son.

We can’t wait to see how this all plays out for the new season. On a side note, I certainly hope Porsha still isn’t living in that house, if you recall she stated on a visit to ‘Watch What Happens Live’ that she and Kordell were still residing together even after he filed for divorce.
