Lee Daniels isn’t going down without a fight!
Earlier this month it was announced that his hit show ‘Empire‘ would be wrapping up after it’s six and final season set to air later this year, and it’s spin off ‘Star‘ was abruptly cancelled after only 3 seasons.
Fans were devastated as the season 3 finale was not an official goodbye and fans were expecting a new season. Well now Lee says he is searching tirelessly for a new home for ‘Star.’
According to reports,the musical drama has already been shopped to to multiple outlets, including BET and OWN. He took to Instagram on Wednesday to confirm the search is on, and that he should have word within the next few days.
