I told you HERE back in July, that Cynthia Bailey had reportedly moved into a new lake house property following her divorce from Peter Thomas. We will see the divorce play out this upcoming season of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta, but Cyn took to Instagram back in early summer to share snaps of her relaxing on the water and on the grounds which she dubbed “Lake Bailey.”
Now it looks like ahead of the homes unveiling on the show, we have a bit more detail on the property as well as some gorgeous snaps of the luxurious home via TMZ. According to the outlet, Cyn reportedly dished out a whopping $960 k for the home just outside Atlanta, and it features 6 bedroom, 4 bath and is the perfect hideaway, tucked away on a lake with its own dock … surrounded by nothing but forest.
According to Zillow, Cynthia’s old town home sold for a little under 700k, so this property seems to be a great investment with the earnings from the old one at just a few hundred thousand more. Based on the snaps via the realtor and TMZ, it appears to be worth every single penny, get in below.
