In case you missed it, Kanye West made some promo rounds at The Breakfast Club and chopped it up with the gang about some of his recent headline making statements and behavior. In an interview that lasted over 40 minutes Yeezy defended his actions and responded to Charlamagne as he challenged him on several things including the vision of his ‘Bound 2′ video, his paparazzi troubles, how he sometimes contradicts himself, and even how he had the audacity to reference that he and Kim Kardashian are more influential than The Obamas.
Later he answered why he choose to move forward in his career with Jay-Z instead of Damon Dash after the Roc A Fella Records split since Dame was the one who brought him on the label initially. Check out the craziness below.
As if that interview wasn’t intense enough Ye then stopped by ‘Sway In The Morning’ to chat it up with Sway Calloway and things got pretty heated. Kanye completely spazzed on the seemingly mellow radio host, after he got offended by Sway’s question about why he relies on endorsements and sponsorship and does not fund his own ventures. Things got so heated and after several attempts at Sway advising Ye to relax to no avail, Sway manned up on Yeezus suggesting that the entire interview could be scrapped from that point:
“You ain’t got to turn up on me man to man, dog,” said Sway. “F#@k these mics. We can turn all this $#!t off. You ain’t got to do this. It’s cool. I love you, bro.”
