Been Here For It: New Edition To Receive Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame January 2017 Ahead of NE Movie Miniseries on BET

It looks like the fellas of New Edition are set to have an amazing 2017 with news of a huge milestone on the horizon.

Following the official premiere of their highly anticipated miniseries, ‘The New Edition Story,’ as well as new music and other projects arrive, now the music legends have something else to celebrate.

It was announced that the R&B group will be honored with their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, this coming January. The event will take place just one day before the biopic miniseries airs.

The news came directly from BBD and NE member, Mike Bivens, who took to his Instagram on Tuesday evening (Dec. 6) to announce the date they will be honored and tagged all his NE group members including Johnny Gill and Bobby Brown.
