Despite reports yesterday that Phaedra Parks received her walking papers from ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ it looks as though those rumors might be a bit premature according to her reps.
Via Essence:
A source told B. Scott that the housewife did not receive a renewal offer. “She got caught in so many treacherous lies this season that even the producers (including Andy Cohen) have had enough. She even brought ‘fake’ divorce papers to the reunion to prove a point. No one knows whether she’s telling the truth about anything anymore.”
The source went on to add that Parks had tried to blame the lesbian lie that drove season nine’s plot on a producer, Carlos King, which is possibly the reason he may not be returning to work on the show.
Parks’ rep told ESSENCE, ”It’s untrue.”
We all know that immediately after the season wraps, and even during the season, there is always speculation of who is coming, staying, and going. I’ve come to learn that we won’t know until Andy Cohen and co. are good and ready for us to know.
In the meantime, stay tuned to the season finale this Sunday on Bravo, and the epic four part reunion taking place starting the following Sunday.
