Omarion just dropped his latest mixtape ‘CP2’ and is putting the finishing touches on his highly anticipated first release under Maybach Music Group ‘Love & Other Drugs’. While on a promo trail, O chatted with the folks at Billboard.com to talk his new mixtape, the forthcoming album, and even dishes about his B2k roots as the 10 year anniversary of their dance flick ‘You Got Served’ approaches. Despite some of the harsh words he has had for former member Raz-B in the past and as of late, he reveals that a reunion with all four of the guys isn’t totally out of the question for him. “They always check up on me and congratulate me,” They fully support what I have going on which is great because when you’re a kid and majority of your life is on the road, you never fully understand how it affects the people around you. So, to look back on that and know I still have the support of those guys is an amazing feeling.”
A B2K reunion, with all four members (Raz-B, J-Boog, Lil’Fiz and himself), isn’t out of the question, but Omarion wants it to happen naturally: “I feel like those types of reunions are cliche. Most of the time, it’s because they have to. It’s not totally out of the picture though. My fans know me from that. What I did with them will always be a part of me.”
