Everybody knows you don’t come for legends, especially the LEGEND and music royalty Prince! However, ‘R&B Divas: LA’ star Lil Mo must not have received the memo, as she committed a blasphemous act this weekend. While in attendance at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, Mo who had VIP access backstage at the venue, was halted dead in her tracks as she attempted to go to the restroom but was stopped by security who locked down all movement as Prince entered the venue.
Mo did not take a liking to the treatment she received and took to her Instagram to vent and throw some major shade at the Purple one.

Mo learned the hard way about messing with the Purple one as his fans bombarded her Twitter and IG with shade galore, you can check her accounts to see her getting dragged worse than Kenya Moore.
Not to be outdone, the official Twitter for Prince’s label posted “I hope she know, none of her clothes match”, coupled with a twitpic of himself smirking. He later tweeted it out again, making sure to note it was a fan-made caption.
But after being crucified, Mo couldn’t just let it go and took back to IG one last time to respond.
We love us some Lil Mo however its clear who won this fight, as if there was one to even begin with!
