Although R. Kelly is still riding the wave of his new album ‘Black Panties’, the R&B vet is already looking forward to the future and is shedding light on some details about his upcoming projects. The singer is gracing the new issue of V Magazine and reveals in his interview that he will release ‘White Panties’, the sequel to his current album. He says the album is half way done, but he is also working on something even bigger.
Kels teases that he and fellow R&B vet Mary J. Blige are in the studio working on new music, which potentially could turn into a full album similar to the joint album Babyface and Toni Braxton just released.
“I’m in the studio right now working on a song for me and Mary,” “I’m even looking forward to proposing that we do a whole album together. But this is the first I’ve mentioned it. The King & Queen album.” he says
Kelly also says he and Mary are in talks to hit the road for the ‘King & Queen’ tour. Peep the snaps of Kels and Russian supermodel Irina Shayk from the V spread.
