The BET Hip Hop Awards 2024 went down on Tuesday night (Oct. 15), and we’ve got the rundown for you!
The annual show hosted by Fat Joe, transformed Las Vegas into the biggest night for hip hop, with Kendrick Lamar dominating the night, taking home eight awards, including Hip Hop Artist of the Year, Lyricist of the Year, and Song of the Year for his smash hit ‘Not Like Us.’
Metro Boomin and Future took home three “BET Hip Hop Awards” 2024 wins, while The Alchemist secured two wins.
The show was also complete with performances and appearances from Juicy J, 2 Chainz, Trina, Yung Miami, Soulja Boy, GloRilla, Teyana Taylor, and more!
This year’s “Hip Hop Awards” went beyond music, using the stage to empower the culture to vote. Congressman Rep. Steven Horsford (D-NV) made a powerful appearance, sharing the importance of voting to protect our rights and urging the community to make their voices heard.
