Fans of Shamari DeVoe were saddened to hear that she would not be returning for season 12 of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ after she was a full-time cast member for season 11.
Sightings of the cast filming over the past few months lending credence to the reports, but on Thursday it was all confirmed when the official season 12 cast photo and trailer were released.
Shamari has been pretty mum over the past few months regarding RHOA and her status, but on Thursday she took to social media to finally react to the news and showed nothing but love and support to the ladies.

She also addressed whether she was “let go” or if she chose to depart from the show.

We personally were looking forward to Shamari at least getting a friend role for S12. Here’s to hoping for a future pop up.
