For the past couple weeks it was reported by various sites that NeNe Leakes was currently on a “suspension” from season 12 filming of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta.’
Days ago Nene spoke on the various reports during an interview with Vic Jagger for her Majic 102.3 radio show, where she dished on that and reports that she also has a spin off coming.
Despite suspension reports, NeNe has reportedly been filming solo scenes for season 12 the past few weeks while her co-stars Kenya Moore, Eva Marcille, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams have filmed together.
Most recently the ladies filmed at Kenya’s “Barbie” themed party for her daughter just days ago.
Well on Friday (June 28) Leakes took to Instagram in a now deleted post, to confirm that as of this morning, she has officially finalized her season 12 contract.
Based on her caption, this Sunday will be her first official filming date with her co-stars (specifically Cynthia and Eva) who will be participating alongside Leakes on Bravo’s float during NYC Gay Pride.
Bravo is coming to New York City Pride March on Sunday, June 30 with a float led by Andy Cohen, the network announced Wednesday, May 29. The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host will be joined by 15 Bravo stars, including Captain Sandy Yawn, Reza Farahan, Patricia Altschul, Nene Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, Eva Marcille, LeeAnne Locken, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, Kelly Dodd, and Gizelle Bryant.
