Snoop Dogg has been engulfed in drama-filled headlines following his very vocal lashing against Gayle King following her infamous Lisa Leslie interview and Kobe Bryant remarks–which she received a boatload of backlash for.

After over a week of being ridiculed and (championed by some) for his controversial response to King, Snoop ultimately issued an apology for his remarks which some called harsh and disrespectful.

He took to Instagram to issue a formal apology to King and promised to do better.
