If you know me, you know one of my all time favorite reality TV series EVER was MTV‘s ‘Making The Band‘ franchise–which brought us stars such as Da Band, Danity Kane, Donnie Klang and Day 26.
The series that was led by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs aka Puff Daddy, ran for several successful seasons on the network and became one of their biggest series to date. Well now the music mogul has confirmed that MTV has reached out to him as of this week to do a reboot of the hit series.
He took to Instagram to reveal the news and get advice from fans as he is on the fence regarding bringing it back.
Something interesting happened this morning that I need to share with you guys,”
“Years ago I did something that will go down in television history. This show called Making the Band. Now, I’m trying to figure out my schedule for the next 24 months…but MTV called me out of nowhere and was like, ‘What do you think about partnering and bringing Making the Band back?’”
